First i was afraid we'll get a bad chapter because of yesterday's spoiler. And to a point I was right... at least for my preferences the 1st part of manga was shit. I didn't like Tonttanas fighting in anyway...it felt like not needed bits of progression with everything else that's happening on the island.
However then Franky came in to the rescue and managed to pull my raiting from 5/10 all the way to 8.5/10.
Franky and Mr. hard boiled were insanely good this chapter. I can't describe it with words but it was just too awesome.
Meh...Usopp became a big coward again...
I also really wonder what that princess power really is. If Riku says she'll be really needed then it has to be something big

其实在这一周漫画更新之前，我有点担心会看到很差劲的一话漫画……因为看到昨天的情报。在某一点上我的担心成真了……至少我自己觉得漫画的第一部分是坨翔，我不喜欢看到小人族的战斗……感觉纯属在拖剧情，和目前岛上其他地方发生的主线没什么太大联系。
直到弗兰奇闯入工厂后，我对这一话漫画的评分终于从5分提升到了8.5分。
弗兰奇和硬派男的战斗出乎意料的好看，我没什么话可以形容，只能说太棒了！
嗯……乌索普重新又变成了一个超级胆小鬼了……
我也很好奇蔓雪莉公主的能力会是什么。力库王说现在需要她的能力，说明这是某种很强大的力量

We did see sad in punk hazard and some experimental smile fruit. So i think princess power isnt about making fruit.
When did they start smile business? Any guess?
Ceaser blow up punk hazard 3 years ago after that he must refuged to joker. in 2 years time skip aokiji and akainu fight in punk hazard. i didnt think anyone on punk hazard then so the experiment about sad must be started after that.

我们在PUNK HAZARD岛上已经看过了SAD原材料和一些人造恶魔果实SMILE。因此我觉得公主的能力和制造人工恶魔果实应该没有什么联系。
不知道堂吉诃德家族是从什么时候开始做SMILE的生意的？大家有啥想法吗？
凯撒在3年前于PH岛上制造了大爆炸事件，2年间青雉和赤犬又在PH岛上进行了决战。我不相信那个时候岛上还会有别人存在，所以我觉得SAD的制造是在那之后才开始的。

While the Franky vs Smile factory manager vs Pink,
I was convinced Oda was drunk when he drew that XDDD
the tontatta scenes were boring... meh
But the princess... hmm... if not for her interesting fruit powers... I too felt that it would be unnecessary filler otherwise...
Zoro/Pika scenes like like only 2-3 panels... while these boring tontatta stuff gets pages...

这一话对我来说最有趣的一幕是——
“开始了！！‘男人的战斗’
紧接着……
塞尼奥尔使用了尿布炸弹！
弗兰奇发出了乳头闪光！！
简直笑抽

我在思考尾田画SMILE工厂里弗兰奇和塞尼奥尔战斗的部分，是不是他在喝醉的状态下画出来的哈哈
咚塔塔族的场景挺无聊的……唉
但是小人族公主……嗯……假如不是她的恶魔果实能力的话，我真会觉得这是一个多余的人物
索隆VS琵卡的镜头实在太少了……这一话把太多篇幅给了那些无聊的小人族战斗部分。

Some off-topic thoughts about the breaks.
The length of OP's chapter has gone down from 19 to 17 pages recently, which might be due to Oda's status that gradually declines to a relatively stable level, meaning less workload (17 pages) but potentially fewer breaks, or would you prefer 19 pages but more breaks? Actually there's a big difference that simply 2 pages can make. I remember in one of Oda's talks with Taiyo Matsumoto 4 yrs ago, Oda mentioned he'd thought of decreasing the number of pages. Although it's kinda expected to see that day coming, as a reader, hopefully the later the better. For myself, I'd hope it's 19 pages but more breaks which is totally fine. We'll have a color spread in next chapter, in other words, 16 pages it is. I already see many people blabbering about it. Following a weekly manga series isnt that easy as people thought, it really isnt. I take this chapter a very fun one, some people, well, lots of, say the progression is too slow, which made me wonder what they would want to see. Would they be satisfied if Oda just told us the ending? People read manga for fun (or for killing time), and discuss with other fans to share, not to show off and argue or criticize people. Fans have been spoiled and very impatient. Why not just enjoy it using a little amount of time in your life?

下面是我关于休刊的一些想法
最近大家会发现，海贼王每周漫画的页数已经从原先的19页，变成现在的17页。我猜测尾田老师应该是逐渐调整了自己的工作模式到了一个稳定的水平，这意味着之后他可能会减少自己的工作量（每周固定17页），但是同时也会减少自己休刊的次数，或者大家更想看到每周19页但是休刊次数更多？别看只是2页的差别，但是其实是有很大不同的。我记得在4年前尾田和松本大洋对谈过时，尾田表示过自己想要减少每期漫画页数的想法。尽管那一天终究不可避免的会到来，但是作为读者而言，我希望那一天越晚越好。就我自己来说，我希望能够保持每周19页的内容，但是尾田老师可以多休刊一些。我们知道下一话漫画会有彩页，换句话说，下一话漫画的正篇内容只有16页，我已经预见到到时候大家肯定会有很多怨言。追周刊漫画真的不像很多人想象的那么轻松，真的。我自己是很喜欢这一话，觉得很有趣，好吧，但是还是有很多人觉得剧情太拖了，或者说没有自己想要看到的内容。他们是不是只想要让尾田告诉他们故事的结局就够了？而不去关心过程？人们为了享受乐趣而去看漫画（也有可能纯属消磨时间），然后和其他漫画迷一起讨论和分享，但现在越来越多的却是争吵和互相炫耀。漫画迷们都被宠坏了，逐渐变得越来越不耐烦，为什么我们就不能做到在这短暂的时间里充分而单纯的去享受漫画带来的乐趣呢？
以上是我个人的一些想法，并不会很强硬，希望大家和平对待。（夏多：这一段写得很赞，翻译的时候我也被触动到了。在抱怨拖剧情的同时，大家有没有想过漫画带给我们原本的乐趣是什么呢？正如人生一样，起起伏伏，有过程有结局才是正常的。）

So after reading the last 2 chapters and see Kanjuuro talk about magic like Kin'emon I'm curious where they got their powers and if there is a lot of tghem on Wano..
I'm assuming it's a DF ability, but they are very unique, and I know someone mentioned "Sorcerer mummy" saying there is another type of ability than df's and haki so I think this fits into that. It's weird what they can do. Kin' emon makes things appear out of nowhere by using a rock as a medium, and Kanjuuro draws on things using his paint brush to create things.

在看过最近2周漫画后，我发现勘十郎和锦卫门一样说他们的能力是“法术”，我很好奇他们是在哪里获得能力的，还有在卓武是不是还有很多这样的家伙。
我原本认为这是恶魔果实的能力，但是他们显得很特别。我注意到有一个读者说这是有别于恶魔果实和霸气的一种新能力，我非常赞同这个想法。锦卫门和勘十郎的能力都属于“无中生有”的力量，我觉得他们可能是类似的能力。

Well..
.- Doflamingo needs her ability, Riku needs it even more.
- Bird cage, injured nationals and chaos in Dressrosa.
- No sea-stone handcuffs on her.
- She cant control Dofla's subordinate outside the cell.
- She cant escape from the cell (sea-stone cell?).
- She's unhappy being caught by Donquixote family.
- She relys on Leo a lot.
Conclusion: Her ability is rare, unlikely to be the ancient weapon, should be a paramecia-type df user. How about 'recovery'?

好吧……以下是一些我们知道的信息：
-多弗朗明戈需要她的能力，但是力库王更加需要
-鸟笼里目前到处都是受伤者，德雷斯罗萨处于一片混乱之中
-蔓雪莉公主身上没有海楼石手铐
-她不能控制困住她牢房外的多弗朗明戈的下属
-她没办法从牢房中逃脱（是海楼石打造的吗？）
-她被多弗朗明戈抓了之后非常伤心和难过
-她很依赖雷欧
结论：她的能力很稀少，也不太像是古代兵器之类的，应该是一个超人系恶魔果实的使用者吧。我觉得可能是“恢复”能力，大家觉得如何呢？

I know this might sound like a repeat and something Oda doesn't do, but is it possible, like Princess Weakhoshi, that Princess Weakshelly is also a weapon?
You would think that there would be only 1 human weapon, but I found it interesting the elder said that their history with the doxiquote family goes back 900 years. That means they were somehow involved in the battle 900 years ago.
She might be related to producing df powers, and that might be the reason DD came back to Dressrosa(why couldn't he have done this anywhere else)?

我知道我的想法会挺重复的，看起来不像是尾田会做的事情，但的确有这样的可能：就像白星公主那样，蔓雪莉公主是不是也有可能会是一个古代兵器？
大家可能会觉得只有一个人类形态的古代兵器，不过我发现咚塔塔族的老人说过一个有趣的信息，他们与堂吉诃德家族的历史在900年前就发生了。这是不是说明他们和900年前的那场战争有关呢？
她的能力可能与生产恶魔果实有关，这也可能就是多弗朗明戈重返德雷斯罗萨的原因（为什么他只能在这里做这些事情呢？比如建立SMILE工厂什么的）
